International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Bain Capital Insurance, the dedicated investing unit of Bain Capital, in its backing of Emerald Bay Risk Solutions (Emerald Bay), a new carrier platform for long-term managing general agents (MGA) platform partnerships. Innovative program specialist, Emerald Bay, seeks to create an alignment of interests across the entire risk value chain through integrated solutions and disciplined underwriting enhanced by proprietary, data-driven technologies.
