Julian L. André is speaking during a Money Laundering Seminar titled, “Real Estate Transaction Reporting Requirements You Need to Know About,” at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and US Law Conference. The panelists will focus on the implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) that is set to go into effect on January 1, 2024. They will also discuss other legal and enforcement trends affecting transactional lawyers, including the proposed Enablers Act and other proposed regulations to combat money laundering in the real estate industry.
