Frankfurt a.M., September 30, 2021 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of ‘Bonnanova’. The property complements the open-ended special fund “GEG Public Infrastructure II”. The transfer of the property is planned for the turn of the year.
The established office building Bonnanova is located at Godesberger Allee 83-91 in Bonn’s federal district. The property has around 18,600 m² and is fully leased to the public sector via the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA). The office building is currently undergoing extensive modernization. The total investment costs are around 95.2 million euros.
