International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Atlas General Holdings, LLC, a full-service insurance program administrator offering workers compensation, commercial lines and specialty property programs in the sale of its business to Risk Placement Services, Inc, US-based subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
