Nina Oat focuses her practice on appellate matters and critical motion practice at the trial-court level. She represents clients across a variety of industries, including tech platforms, financial services, and products liability. She has co-authored several briefs in both state and federal court and has argued in the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Nina served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael F. Urbanski of the US District Court for the Western District of Virginia and to the Honorable Loren L. AliKhan of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
