Advises sponsors of private equity funds (including real estate, venture and specialty credit funds), and hedge funds (including activist, biotech, crypto and credit funds), in connection with their structuring and ongoing corporate, regulatory and operational needs.
Michael also advises family offices in connection with their investment activities, institutional investors in connection with fund investments and investment advisers in connection with regulatory matters and upper-tier partnership arrangements.
