Overview
Jordan Zaia focuses his practice on litigation matters, representing clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes, including those arising in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
While in law school, he served as the managing editor of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and as an associate editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
Jordan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Loretta A. Preska of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also completed internships at the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and Fordham’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
