Jacob Hibbard focuses his practice on appellate litigation, constitutional law, and complex legal disputes.
Before joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Jacob clerked for the Honorable James C. Ho on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Brantley Starr on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also worked in a university office of general counsel, where he advised compliance and legal matters and researched questions of statutory and constitutional interpretation, including textualist and originalist methodologies.
