Focuses on commercial litigation, government investigations, and advising on economic sanctions.
Greg represents hedge funds, public and private companies, and individuals in both federal and state court litigation. He also has experience representing clients in SEC investigations and responding to inquiries from other federal agencies.
Greg also regularly provides clients with advice on compliance with economic sanctions administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), and assists with regulatory filings and other submissions to OFAC.
