Giorgia Patrizi focuses her practice on corporate and private equity mandates. She advises Italian and international clients on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, as well as on general corporate and commercial law matters.

She has significant experience assisting clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions, from the initial structuring of the deal through to its completion. Her practice includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and ancillary documentation.

In addition to her transactional work, Giorgia advises on corporate governance and day-to-day commercial matters, including commercial contracts and corporate secretarial activities, supporting companies in their ongoing operations.

She also has experience in banking and finance, assisting on financing transactions and related security packages, as well as in real estate, with a focus on real estate acquisitions and general real estate matters.
