Alina Dietrich advises private equity funds, debt funds, banks, and strategic investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on acquisition financings and refinancings.

She has experience in structuring and negotiating senior, super senior, and mezzanine financing arrangements, as well as drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation.

Prior to joining McDermott, she practiced as an associate in the Banking & Finance practice area.
