Tecnimont Claims Landmark Win Against EuroChem in Arbitral Battle, CDR

Partner Milo Molfa spoke with Commercial Dispute Resolution  about a Phase 1 ICC arbitration award in favor of MAIRE entities Tecnimont and MT Russia in their dispute with EuroChem North-West 2.

The tribunal awarded the claimants approximately €260 million and dismissed EuroChem’s counterclaims for approximately €1.6 billion. The arbitration will now move to Phase 2, which will address further injunctive and compensatory relief.
