Schulte Roth & Zabel represented Czech Asset Management, L.P. (CAM) in its acquisition by the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc. (Voya IM). CAM is a leading private credit asset manager dedicated primarily to the U.S. middle market. The acquisition brings CAM’s strong relationships with a robust group of investment partnerships to Voya IM and will complement Voya IM’s leading fixed income platform as well as accelerate the expansion of Voya IM’s private and leveraged credit franchise across institutional, insurance and retail channels.
