Brussels-based partners Hendrik Viaene and Stéphane Dionnet authored an article in Law360 that explored the Foreign Subsidies Regulations (FSR) and what companies must know when doing business in the European Union. The regulation introduces notification requirements for certain M&A transactions, known as concentrations in the FSR, and for public procurement procedures.
