Pirelli Is In Peril’: Pressure Rises Over Chinese Grip On Italian Tiremaker

Partner and Global Head of China practice, Peter Lu was quoted in the Financial Times regarding the current ownership of the Italian tyre brand Pirelli, which is partly owned by  Chinese company ChemChina, with a 37% stake.
