McDermott Will & Schulte advises the Special Committee of Distribution Solutions Group in connection with its take-private acquisition by affiliates of LKCM Headwater Investments

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Distribution Solutions Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSGR), a multi-platform specialty distribution company providing high touch, value-added distribution solutions to the maintenance, repair & operations, original equipment manufacturer and industrial technologies markets, in connection with the company’s definitive merger agreement under which affiliates of LKCM Headwater Investments, the company’s majority owner, will acquire all outstanding common stock of DSGR not already owned by LKCM Headwater and its affiliates for $35.00 per share in cash. Upon completion of the transaction, DSGR will become a privately held company.
