McDermott Will & Schulte advises Main Capital and Zig on the acquisition of Activinnov

McDermott Will & Schulte advised Main Capital and Zig, a European provider of ERP, CRM, real estate, and BI solutions for the real estate sector, on the acquisition of Activinnov, a French provider of SaaS solutions for the social housing sector.

This cross-border transaction, supported by Main Capital Partners, which remains the majority shareholder of Zig, marks the latter’s entry into the French market.
