McDermott Will & Schulte advised Omarsa, an Ecuadorian group specializing in integrated shrimp production and one of the world’s leading shrimp exporters, on the acquisition of the chilled products division of Spanish group Nueva Pescanova, through two production facilities located in Boulogne-sur-Mer and Lorient.

Nueva Pescanova specializes in the fishing, farming, processing and marketing of chilled and frozen seafood products.
