McDermott Will & Schulte advised Ardian Growth on its exit from the Proteor Group, a recognised player in the orthopaedics market.
Eurazeo, through its Nov Santé Actions Non Cotées fund, Crédit Mutuel Equity and Bpifrance are acquiring a stake in the family-owned group, alongside BNP Paribas Développement, which is reinvesting in the transaction.
