McDermott Will & Schulte advised Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of a stake in Hélios, leading actor in the road signage sector, alongside the family of the founder Jean-Luc Petithuguenin and the management team.
This first LBO transaction marks a strategic milestone in the Group’s development, with the ambition of creating a European champion in road safety and urban asset management.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to the receipt of customary regulatory approvals.
