McDermott strengthens its tax practice with new counsel in Milan

McDermott Will & Schulte welcomes Andrea D’Ettorre to its tax practice. He joins the firm as counsel, bringing over 13 years’ experience working on complex tax matters. Prior to joining McDermott, Andrea built his career at leading national and international law firms.

Andrea D’Ettorre advises domestic and international corporate groups, banks and private equity funds on a broad range of tax matters. His practice focuses on the tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations, corporate and international taxation, as well as pre-litigation tax proceedings and tax litigation.
