McDermott advises Weinberg Capital Partners on its acquisition of the I-4S Group

McDermott Will & Schulte advises Weinberg Capital Partners’ WCP Eiréné fund on its acquisition of the I-4S Group.

Weinberg Capital Partners’ WCP Eiréné fund is becoming the lead shareholder of I-4S group, the French leader in rapid-deployment tactical shelter solutions. This transaction includes a significant reinvestment by the group’s executives and cofounders, Régis Gherardini and Olivier Meyer, as well as by Galiena Capital, a shareholder since 2021.

This partnership will support the management team’s ambitions by consolidating I-4S’s presence in its traditional markets, accelerating its expansion into export markets and new segments, whilst pursuing a selective strategy of external growth.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
