McDermott Advises Weinberg Capital Partners on its Acquisition of a Stake in ProNet Services

McDermott Will & Emery has advised Weinberg Capital Partners on its acquisition of a stake in ProNet Services, a Swiss facility management company.

This investment represents the second transaction for the LBO fund, WCP#4.

The McDermott team comprised:
