International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented the Katjes International Group, Jamie Laing and Edward Sweets-Williams (owner of renowned sweet brand, Candy Kittens), as borrower, alongside Houlihan Lokey, as debt advisor, in the company’s financing provided by HSBC, as senior lender, for its acquisition of Nature Delivered Limited from Unilever PLC.
