International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Team Focus Insurance Group, a property and casualty insurance firm with eight subsidiary businesses and almost 400 professionals, in its sale to PEAK6 InsurTech, a subsidiary of Chicago-based financial technology business PEAK6. The transaction was completed on October 31, 2021.
