International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented the founders and other individual shareholders of Rotron Aerospace Ltd, a UK-based advanced defence technology company, on the sale of the business to Ondas Inc., a leading provider of autonomous aerial and ground robot intelligence. The deal was subject to customary regulatory clearances.
The McDermott team was led by partner Jason Zemmel and included counsel Tina Hartwright, associate Henry McCarron and staff attorney Gracey Farquharson (all private equity). Partner Alex Jupp and counsel Elizabeth Spencer (both tax).
