McDermott Will & Emery advised Omnes Capital on the €112 million first closing of Omnes Real Tech 2, its second fund supporting the next generation of deeptech early growth companies.
The fund will prioritize targeting the key sectors of defence and security (the first fund to benefit from the European Union’s defence mandate), artificial intelligence, new space, quantum technologies, electronic components and advanced materials.
This new fund has the backing of several European institutional investors, including Bpifrance and the European Investment Fund (EIF).
