Chicago/Düsseldorf, July 23, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition of Flexagon, a leading US-based software provider of DevOps solutions for the enterprise sector.
Founded in 2014 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Flexagon is a leading provider of DevOps software for complex enterprise technology environments such as Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce. With around 40 employees, Flexagon achieves an average growth rate of 25% per year.
Main Capital Partners is a leading software investor in the Benelux, DACH, the Nordics, and the United States with approx. EUR 6 billion in assets under management. Operating with 75 employees from its offices in The Hague, Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Antwerp, and an affiliated office in Boston Main maintains an active portfolio of over 45 software companies.
