McDermott Will & Emery advises Kepler Cheuvreux on its strategic partnership with Unigestion to create a joint asset management company specialising in quantitative strategies for listed equities.

The new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux Unigestion Equities, will manage over €3 billion in assets. The ambition of both groups is to develop a leading player in the liquid asset management market.

The McDermott team involved in this transaction comprised:

• Charles de Raignac, Counsel, on the Intellectual Property aspects.

This transaction comes just a few weeks after the announcement of the development of a new strategic partnership between Kepler Cheuvreux and Centile Partners aimed at establishing a strong presence in the listed derivatives market, on which McDermott advised Kepler Cheuvreux.
