McDermott Advises Avison Young on its Acquisition of Cassian

McDermott Will & Emery has advised Avison Young, a Toronto-based global commercial real estate services group on its acquisition of Cassian, a real estate investment and asset management company.

This transaction allows Avison Young to enter the French market.
