McDermott Advised the Shareholders of the HISI Group in its Merger with the Constellation Group

McDermott Will & Emery has advised the shareholders of HISI Group, a specialist in data hosting via cloud infrastructures, on its merger with Constellation Group.

This industrial merger between two major players in the French cloud aims to build a French leader in data hosting and outsourcing.

The Constellation Group will thus consolidate the expertise of 12 specialist companies to meet the challenges of digital and environmental transformation of organizations.

At the end of the operation, the new group will have more than 700 employees and is expected to exceed €150 million in turnover by 2022; all of which will be dedicated to sustainable and responsible IT.

The McDermott team that advised the shareholders of HISI Group comprised:
