Overview
Partner Greg Fosheim will be speaking at the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) Fall Compliance Conference 2024 on the panel “Section 1557 Back and Forth: What to Know This Time Around.”
The conference will provide a day of quality virtual education to assist healthcare compliance professionals in their pursuit of developing and maintaining compliance programs within their organizations. Attendees will hear from national-level speakers on compliance and HIPAA privacy investigations, legal developments in health information privacy and security, provider compensation, Section 1557, and the use of OIG guidance to optimize compliance.
