Supplementary Protection Certificates in Europe: Status Quo and Perspectives

Dr. Henrik Holzapfel will be speaking on “Status Quo and Perspectives”.

The panel will include attorneys and judges from various European Jurisdictions. It will commence with an opening statement which then shall be commented upon by the commentators. This shall be followed by a discussion with the invited expert audience. It is the goal of the workshop, to include practitioners with relevant experience into the study and also to discuss possible recommendations for reform of the legal framework.
