McDermott’s Panel Discussion & Reception at SuperReturn International

McDermott Will & Emery recently hosted a panel discussion on “Private Equity in Healthcare” and a social reception held in conjunction with the SuperReturn International Conference 2019.

Our speakers discussed what the government and private equity companies can expect from each other in the health services sector, the role of private equity in health care across Europe and reservations that the public and certain stakeholders might have against Private Equity in health care. We will also discuss the recent interest by US regulators in the role of Private Equity sponsors in connection with the conduct of their health care portfolio companies.
