RNG Conference 2026

Partner Elizabeth Crouse will speak at the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Conference 2026, a premier annual gathering of RNG industry leaders, on the panel “RNG and the Tax Code: What’s Working, What’s Next?”

The session will explore federal tax incentives for renewable natural gas projects, including prospects for extending Section 45Z, restoring the Section 48 investment tax credit for Qualified Biogas Property and potential changes to Section 45V that could support RNG as a clean hydrogen feedstock. The discussion will also cover practical considerations around tax credit monetization, transferability and prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements.
