Before joining the firm, Reuben worked as a restructuring associate at another major international law firm.

Represents direct lending funds, business development companies and other alternative lenders and private capital investors, as well as private equity funds, portfolio companies and other borrowers, in a wide variety of debt financings.

Gregory has substantial experience with acquisition finance transactions, recapitalizations, asset-based lending facilities, stretch ABL facilities, multiple lien credit facilities, mezzanine facilities, unitranche facilities, debtor-in-possession financings, exit financings, liability management transactions, convertible notes and other debt investments.

Gregory's experience extends across a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, biotech, energy, healthcare, insurance and technology.

Riley Orloff focuses his practice on matters concerning corporate finance, restructuring, and private equity. He represents private equity sponsors, alternative investment funds, banks, direct lenders, and other parties in structuring, documenting, and negotiating financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, debtor-in-possession financings, asset-based loans, acquisition financings, venture capital investments, dividend recapitalizations and subordinated debt, and mezzanine transactions. He is also a member of the Firm’s Technology Committee.

In addition to representing ad hoc groups, creditors, purchasers and investors in distressed situations, Kristine has represented debtors and official committees in Chapter 11 cases and companies in post-restructuring matters.
