PLI Internal Investigations 2024, Chicago

Overview

Paul Helms and Caitlyn Campbell are participating in Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Internal Investigations 2024 program in Chicago. Paul is serving as the co-chair of the event for the second year. The annual program reviews the fundamentals of conducting effective and efficient investigations that will yield successful results for clients and companies.

Paul is delivering the opening remarks with his co-chair and moderating the “Internal Investigations: Regulators Roundtable” panel. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of the regulators’ perspective on internal investigations, how to determine when and how to disclose to regulators, and how to navigate parallel investigations.

Caitlyn is also speaking on a panel titled “Concluding the Internal Investigation.” She and her co-panelists are unpacking best practices for selecting corrective actions and appropriate remediation, memorializing conclusions, deciding what to include in written reports and more.

The program is available in-person and on-demand. To learn more or register, visit PLI’s website.
