Partner Elliot Golding is participating as a moderator in an upcoming American Bar Association (ABA) webinar titled, “Operationalizing New US Data Subject Rights Requested: Practical Tips and Advice” on November 9, 2022.
As new privacy laws are set to take effect in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah throughout 2023, outside and in-house counsels will provide practical advice on implementing the new data subject rights requests and will discuss use cases during this webinar. Although these privacy frameworks share similarities with each other and GDPR, they have important differences and scoping compliance efforts can be difficult, time-consuming, and, in many cases, near impossible to fully capture all data for all data subjects.
