Ilka Handte advises investment management companies and asset managers on regulatory issues in connection with the structuring, establishment and management of investment funds. Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, she worked for several years in the legal department of the German Investment and Asset Management Association (BVI) and for international law firms.
