Overview
Henrik Holzapfel will speak at the DC Bar program, “International IP Update: WIPO Update and Tips for European Prosecution and Litigation Strategies.” This program will provide an overview of the USPTO’s involvement in the development of international patent law with a focus on the developments at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Assembly Meeting in early October 2021. Henrik and his fellow speakers will discuss patent protection and litigation strategies in Europe as well.
