On August 17, 2023, Alden J. Bianchi was a featured speaker on a webinar titled “Balancing the Scale: An Analysis of the Proposed Regulations on the Requirements Related to the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act”. The webinar, hosted by the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), reviewed in detail the proposed rules and amendments recently released by federal regulators under the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 (MHPAEA) and how they will impact health plan benefit design and administration.
