Mergermarket: French M&A Executive Club 2019

McDermott Will & Emery will be represented at the Mergermarket 2019 M&A conference, an event which will bring together senior members of France’s M&A community to discuss and debate the hot topics of the year.

Partners Emmanuelle Trombe and Dr. Rüdiger Herrmann will be speaking on the health care and life sciences panel, which will discuss the new age of co-development, co-promotion, regional and joint venture deals within the sector. Panellists will explore opportunities in this sector taking into consideration key legal issues for French/EU life science companies when structuring and negotiating these agreements in order to optimise development and commercialisation strategies in the United States, Europe and China.
