McDermott advises Audit CPA on its refinancing

McDermott Will & Schulte advised Audit CPA on the refinancing of its senior secured indebtedness through a unitranche financing in an aggregate principal amount of €150 million, made available by funds managed or advised by BlackRock.

The financing will enable Audit CPA to pursue its strong growth trajectory and support the implementation of its long-term strategy.

The McDermott Will & Schulte team consisted of:
