McDermott advises CA Immo on the sale of the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd

McDermott Will & Schulte has advised CA Immo on the sale of the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd to a fund vehicle managed by Art-Invest Real Estate.

With this transaction, CA Immo is also selling the last building in its portfolio used exclusively as a hotel, continuing its strategic focus on high-quality Class A office properties.

Located right next to Frankfurt Central Station, the IntercityHotel was developed by CA Immo and completed in 2018. The building comprises approximately 18,700 sqm lettable space. The four-star hotel has 414 rooms and a conference center and is leased on a long-term basis to InterCityHotel GmbH.
