McDermott advises DEMIRE on sale of Roomers hotel to Iroko Zen

McDermott Will & Schulte advised DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG on the sale of the Roomers hotel property to the French fund management company Iroko Zen, represented by Norkon GmbH.

The boutique hotel Roomers, located in the centre of Frankfurt, Germany, features 116 rooms, as well as a restaurant and bar, a rooftop spa, and conference facilities with panoramic views of the city.

McDermott Will & Schulte regularly advises DEMIRE on real estate transactions and also represented the company on its acquisition of the Roomers hotel back in 2019.
