Cailyn Reilly Knapp

In addition to her EDVA-focused work, Cailyn is a seasoned commercial litigator who represents companies and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes involving antitrust, breach of contract, consumer protection, corporate governance, defamation, false advertising, intellectual property, and other business torts. Her practice also includes class actions, multidistrict litigation, arbitration-related proceedings, internal investigations, and criminal and civil investigations by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal agencies.

Cailyn manages matters from pre-suit counseling through dispositive motions, trial preparation and trial, appeals, mediation, and settlement. She works closely with clients to align litigation strategy with their legal, business, reputational, and operational objectives.
