Amin F. Hamza

Amin assists clients in drafting and reviewing employee benefit plan documents and amendments, including 401(k), 403(b), and executive compensation plans. He also counsels clients on plan administration and compliance issues as well as various benefit plan correction programs offered by the US Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service. Amin regularly advises on regulatory compliance under the Internal Revenue Code, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Affordable Care Act.

While in law school, Amin served as senior editor of the Virginia Tax Review.
