Gregg M. Galardi is the Global Co-Head of the firm’s Business Restructuring group. Over the course of his 30 years in legal practice, Gregg has represented several high-profile debtors, creditors, secured and unsecured lenders, and other stakeholders in and out of court on high profile complex chapter 11 restructurings and international solvency matters across diverse industries. His practice encompasses all phases of restructuring proceedings, from prepetition planning and debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings through plan confirmation and emergence, as well as reorganizations, restructurings and turnarounds, and distressed asset sales. He also has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in liability management transactions, distressed mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and special situations.
