Marlene Sawhill focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters.
While in law school, Marlene served as a law clerk in the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, working on matters involving utilities regulation and energy policy. She also served as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California and was an articles editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.
