Overview
Emeka Nduka-Eze focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters. He has significant experience representing companies, direct lenders, banks, leading private equity sponsors, and other borrowers in finance transactions spanning cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, direct and syndicated lending, and debt restructuring.
During law school, Emeka was a graduate editor of the New York University Journal of Law & Business and served as an intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
